Views on Wonders of Life

This page corresponds to respondents views on the Wonders of Life attractions and their incarnations, as well as visit years, and what respondents would do with the attraction with regards to respondent opinion and 'armchair reimagineering' purposes. Please note that the lines on the charts indicate the calculated average for comparison purposes. As WoL is the primary focus on the survey, this section will be very large, so if the page is loading, please remain patient.

First Visit to Wonders of Life

To date, the majority of visitors went during the 1995-1999 periods, as well as between 1990 and 1994, and the 2006 seasonal periods. Also above average, respondents simply mentioned they have not attended the pavilion in its entirety.


Your View on WoL's Attractions

To date, the attractions with well-above-average scores are Cranium Command and Body Wars. Near-(below)average votes were for Sensory Funhouse and Fitness Fairgrounds/Coach's Corner. Note that the Anacomical Players is sadly excluded from the survey, but in all respects, have been given a honorable mention as a highlighted live-entertainment show in EPCOT Center.


Ranking and Scoring on WoL's Attractions

Above, this linear wave graph shows various attractions given a rating of 1 (less enjoyable) between 10 (most enjoyable). Above average, high votes went to Body Wars and Cranium Command.

With the results calculated and compared against the linear average, this confirms that Body Wars, Sensory Funhouse and Cranium Command has high enjoyability scores. Surprisingly, this means the least desirable attractions (below average) were Frontiers in medicine, Making of Me and Lifestyle Revue.


Keeping the Attractions... but How?

  • In terms of keeping the attractions as is, above average preferences were for Goofy About Health, Sensory Funhouse, Cranium Command, Making of Me and Lifestyle Revue.
  • In terms of keeping the attractions but in a changed or different format, above average preferences majorly went to Body Wars, Goofy about Health, Sensory Funhouse, Cranium Command, Frontiers in Medicine and Fitness Fairgrounds.
  • In terms of deleting an attraction from the list, unlucky targets were Making of Me and Lifestyle Revue.
  • The attraction with the most mixed reviews for retaining is Frontiers in Medicine, and Lifestyle Revue, both with a nudge-below-average Indecisive vote count.


Improving Body Wars

To date, half of the respondents would approve of more body systems to explore (than the heart, lungs and brain), followed by 3D theatrical effects (as possessed by Star Tours). Addition of a less intense tour mode in comparison to mission mode (in the same way as Mission: Space) remaind third place.


Improving Sensory Funhouse

To date, half of the respondents requested new exhibit component, while over a third would replace exhibit parts with newer versions.


Improving Cranium Command

To date, the equal majority of respondents would choose a new cast, add new members of the body crew, and even the addition of different host bodies.


Improving Frontiers in Medicine

To date, the close-equal majority of respondents would add an interactive exhibit for body systems and add showroom for medical technology (in a similar fashion to Innoventions)


Improving Fitness Fairgrounds/Coach's Corner

To date, the majority of respondents would add some new hands on exhibits, as well as add variations on fitness technology.
